  • What if I change my mind?

    You always have full control over your subscription. When you opt into a subscription, we'll send you the first shipment right away. Following this, you're free to modify the quantity and/or frequency of your deliveries at any point. You can easily pause or cancel your subscription any time.

  • How do I brew my pour-over?

    Step 1: Place pour-over on your favorite cup and peel off the cover.

    Step 2: Pour hot water over coffee grounds, allowing coffee to filter through.

    Step 3: Remove pour-over after you reach your desired quantity and strength. Enjoy!

    When finished brewing, simply toss the biodegradable filter and coffee grounds.

  • Are the coffee filters compostable?

    Yes! To ensure that the coffee stays fresh, we use a small airtight wrapper that's partially biodegradable. The rest of the product packaging, including filter (and ground coffee) is fully compostable.

  • How much coffee should I get?

    A small shipment (6 pour-overs) is typically a good amount to last a daily coffee drinker about a week. A standard shipment (12 pour-overs) is about a week's supply for two coffee drinkers. Feel free to customize your subscription's quantity and frequency to fit best with your daily coffee routine!
